Cable Mat in screed floor heating is a luxurious and affordable way to warm your home. Our in screed heating product can be used with a wide range of floor surfaces and provide the ultimate in warmth and comfort. Cable Mat is suited to generate heat under tile, floating timber and vinyl floors in bathrooms, kitchens, entry-ways, bedrooms and sun rooms.
The in screed mat heater comprises of a flexible, robust fiber-glass mat that carries a thin 4mm uniformly affixed heating element. These heating elements are provided with primary Fluoropolymer insulation, earth screen and sheathing of Polyolefin.
The in screed floor mat is available in two heat outputs, 150W/m² for living rooms and bedrooms and 200W/m² for bathroom floors.
In most instances, the in screed mat heater is fixed to the slab (or cement board or insulation) sub floor before the screed is laid to a maximum depth of 30mm. The in screed floor heating product is an easy to install solution that provides you with a source of warmth in the winter and helps you manage the temperature of your floor throughout the year.
